Return policy
We do everything possible to offer you impeccable products and service. However, it happens that the product received does not suit you. You therefore have the possibility of returning it to us.
Return conditions:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your package to request the return of one or more items from your order. To be accepted, the product(s) must:
• Not having been used
• Be in their original packaging(s),
• Be in the same condition as when you received them.
Products returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back, no exceptions will be possible. A product returned without a copy of invoice or order confirmation or outside the withdrawal period will not be taken into account. Reimbursement by bank transfer or credit card will be made within 15 days to the credit of the bank account of the customer (same name, same address) who placed the order.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of a product presenting a manufacturing error or product defect for which Unipap's is responsible.
Once the withdrawal declaration has been sent to Unipap's, at the latest within 14 days following receipt of your order, you must return the product(s) concerned to Unipap's within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within 15 days from of the validation of the withdrawal declaration.
