Je n’ai pas reçu le colis

Bonjour, étant pressé de recevoir la commande que j’ai effectué le lundi 12 août (il y a 7 jours) j’ai pris la livraison la « plus rapide » soit 24h à 72h, en comptant seulement les jours ouvrés (le 15 août étant férié) cela fait à ce soir (lundi 19 août) 120h si on compte le samedi ou 96h si on ne le compte pas. Et je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon colis/ commande.
Ce n’est peut être pas de votre faute si la commande a plus de 24h de retard mais il serait bien de remonter l’information au transporteur (en l’occurrence ici La poste).
A t’il une solution à mon problème ?
